Uncover the Reasons for your Complex Illness

Do you feel like your illness has stolen your life away from you? It’s time to get your life back. Perhaps you have been given a diagnosis but your illness isn’t responding to standard treatments.  Maybe you are having a hard time getting a diagnosis to even begin with, because your symptoms don’t fit a perfect mold.  In these cases, there may be one or more infections present that could either be causing the symptoms or making it difficult for other illnesses to be treated. There also could be environmental factors that are an obstacle to healing, such as Mold Exposure Illness which is common in the Pacific Northwest. Having a physician on board who is literate in complex illness is key.

My approach is to support your body to heal as much as it can on its own, first and foremost.  In some cases, this is all that is needed. In other instances, antimicrobial herbal therapies or antibiotic medications may be used, though this is always done while supporting your body.  Antibiotic medications should only be used when there is strong supporting evidence that an infection is present.  For treatment to be effective and safe, it must incorporate a multifaceted whole-person approach. I know that you still have a life to live. Treatment should never take that away from you.
